Provider: The partnership (VOF) Hobby Line v.o.f., located at Silversteyn 83 in Breukelen - The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30242719, which offers products and/or services remotely to customers.
Customer: The natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the Provider.
Service: The conversion of a photo uploaded by the Customer into a digital cross stitch pattern in PDF format.
Distance contract: A contract concluded between the Provider and the Customer within the framework of an organized system for the remote sale of products and/or services, whereby one or more techniques for remote communication are used exclusively or partially up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Cross stitch pattern: The digital PDF file that is the result of the photo uploaded by the Customer.
Article 2 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the Provider and to every concluded distance contract and orders between the Provider and the Customer.
The text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the Customer before the distance contract is concluded.
Article 3 - The offer
If an offer has a limited duration or is made under specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the Customer.
Article 4 - The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the time of acceptance by the Customer of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions set therein.
If the Customer has accepted the offer by electronic means, the Provider will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer by electronic means.
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for the delivery of digital products. This means that after purchasing a digital cross stitch pattern, the purchase cannot be canceled, unless there is a defective product as described in Article 7.
This right of withdrawal is excluded because the Service, the creation of a digital pattern, is delivered instantly and the product cannot be returned.
Article 6 - The price
The prices mentioned in the offer for products or services include VAT.
Article 7 - Delivery and Performance
The Provider will exercise the greatest possible care when executing orders for products and when assessing requests for the provision of services.
The cross stitch pattern will be delivered to the Customer in PDF format via email immediately after payment and processing of the photo.
If the delivered pattern is corrupt or technically unusable, the Customer will report this to the Provider as soon as possible.
Article 8 - Customer Service and Complaint Procedure

In the event of a complaint about a corrupt cross stitch pattern as described in Article 7.1, the Provider will immediately refund the paid amount to the Customer upon receipt and verification of the complaint.
Article 9 - Applicable law and competent court
All agreements between the Provider and the Customer to which these general terms and conditions apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes between the Customer and the Provider regarding the conclusion or execution of agreements related to products and services governed by these general terms and conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
